At southest Manhattan, right next to the NY Stock Exchange, there is the planet's most influential financial centre.

During XX century, the waterfront has loosed its potential to organize the space and the reduced residential community demands to recover its degraded neighbourhood. The 9/11th WTC attack is the opportunity, well understood, to regenerate the waterfront and to integrate it on a 2 km. long open space system.

The possible new location for the Guggenheim Museum makes it a powerful actor that World be able to catalyze and create the demanded East-West. circulations.

En el sur de Manhattan, entorno al NY Stock Exchange, se encuentra uno de los centros financieros más importantes del planeta.

El frente marítimo ha ido perdiendo en el siglo XX su capacidad de organizar el espacio y la reducida comunidad residencial demanda recuperar estas areas totalmente degradadas.

El atentado del WTC es la oportunidad bien entendida para regenerar el frente marítimo e integrarlo a un sistema de espacios libres de 2 Km. de largo: desde Battery Park hasta el Brooklyn Bridge.
